Ich habe heute Informationen bekommen, das die in Bangladesch registrierte NGO weiter unter dem Namen Gothon läuft.
Ich kann gegen den Namen nichts machen, da es dort nicht von mir registriert wurde.
Das Logo selber (der Junge und das Symbol daneben) ist mein Copyright. Ich habe es selber entworfen, gezeichnet und nur ich habe ein Foto des Originaljungen darauf usw. Also habe ich auch die Copyrights und hatte klar verboten das Logo weiterhin zu verwenden.
Ob aus Arroganz oder Dummheit, wird das Logo sogar weiter mit der Domainendung .org verwendet: Gothon.org / www.gothon.org womit man automatisch hier landet.
Angeblich wird vor Ort weiterhin mit Spendengeldern gearbeitet, ich habe aber keine Informationen, woher diese kommen oder was damit geschieht oder wer das kontrolliert.
Ich habe schon lange keinen Kontakt mehr.
Ich weiss nicht, wie Gothon Bangladesch nun auftritt, woher die Gelder kommen usw., aber ich habe nichts mehr damit zu tun. Der Verein Gothon Schweiz hat deshalb sogar seinen Namen geändert und hat nichts mehr mit Gothon Bangladesch zu tun. Sollte es so verkauft werden, ist das falsch.
Sollten Sie so etwas mitbekommen, können Sie sich bei mir melden.
Ende 2020 habe ich alle Kontakte offiziell abgebrochen.
Später kamen wieder Versuche von dort, über ein Jahr danach noch, weiterzumachen, doch das konnte ich nicht mehr verantowrten.
